Returns & Refunds

Returns:
Request a return within 24 hours of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and with tags attached.

Refund Options:

  • Store Credit: Instant and includes a bonus 5% for your next purchase.
  • Bank Transfer Refund: For faulty items with no stock availability (processed within 5 business days).

Non-Returnable:

  • Underwear, socks, and sale items (unless faulty).

Exchanges

  • Free Size Exchanges: Available within 7 days, if stock allows.
  • Return Shipping for Faulty/Wrong Items: We’ll cover the cost of return shipping if the mistake was on our end.

Faulty Items?

  • Contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos of the faulty item. We’ll replace or refund immediately!

How to Return

  • Please contact us immediately via WhatsApp.
  • Pack items securely (reuse our packaging if possible).
  • Write “TOT369” on the package and hand it over to the same courier who delivered your order.
